Abstract
progress in ending discrimination against women in employment, we've come a long way in the past few years in increasing the awareness of all groups in our society that such discrimination exists. Now that the country is beginning to admit there is such a thing as discrimination against women, the next step is to end practices and policies which perpetuate it.
