Stephen M. Goldfarb Digital Wave (United States)

Abstract

By considering the three nouns from the title (policies-procedures-manuals) to be an acronym, the author offers some common sense principles to apply when writing manuals and reports. If you practice these principles, which range from outlining to proofreading, you are sure to enhance the psychological impact of your writing.
